Size guide
To find the right ring size, you can measure the inside diameter of a perfectly round ring that already fits you well and compare it with the size guide.
You can also measure the circumference of your finger with a measuring tape or a thin strip of paper. If you are between two sizes or need a special size, contact me and I will help you choose.
For open or adjustable rings, size is still important so the piece remains comfortable and keeps its shape properly.
Materials and care
TTJOIES jewelry is designed and handmade in Barcelona.
The main material is sterling silver 925. The silver wire and sheet used in the studio come from suppliers with certification linked to the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
Some pieces may include components such as chains, clasps or other findings that do not individually carry the same certification. For this reason, I prefer to explain the origin of materials transparently rather than make broad claims that cannot be demonstrated.
Because every piece is made by hand, small variations inherent to the artisan process may occur.
Silver care
Silver can darken over time through natural oxidation. This is normal and does not mean the jewelry has been damaged.
When you are not wearing it, store it in a dry place and, if possible, separately from other pieces. Avoid prolonged contact with chemicals, perfumes or creams.
To restore its shine, clean it gently with a polishing cloth made specifically for silver. On pieces with special finishes or textures, avoid polishing too hard so the finish is not altered.

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 4 business days.

Exchanges and returns
You can request an exchange or return by contacting TTJOIES within 14 days of receiving your order.
The piece must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Ring size exchanges
The first size exchange is included. Once the piece is received, the size adjustment is usually prepared within 3 to 5 business days before being shipped again.
If a second size adjustment is needed, an additional fee of €6 applies to orders in Spain and €8 to international orders.
Returns
Once the returned piece arrives and is checked to be in perfect condition, the refund is processed. Shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount: €6 for orders in Spain and €8 for international orders.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
